1. Eco-solvent ink properties: a new type of outdoor solvent inkjet with high safety, low volatility, low toxicity and high flash point popular in the outdoor solvent-based digital inkjet market for inkjet printers.
2. UV ink properties: the pigment particle diameter is less than 1 micron, does not contain volatile organic solvents, ultra-low viscosity, no irritating odor, which can ensure that the ink of the inkjet printer does not block the nozzle during the jet printing process.
1. Features of eco-solvent ink: The volatile VOC is reduced and many toxic organic solvents are no longer used. The eco-solvent inkjet production workshop no longer needs ventilation. Eco-solvent ink not only maintains the advantages of high precision of water-based ink, but also overcomes the shortcomings of water-based inks in inkjet printers, such as rough substrates and images that cannot be used outdoors.
2. Features of UV ink:
(1) Contains little or almost no volatile solvent (VOC). Traditional solvent-based inks contain at least 50% of volatile solvents, which is the basis for UV inks as environmentally friendly inks.
(2) UV ink is generally composed of 30-40% main resin, 20-30% active monomer, a small amount of photoinitiator, leveling agent, defoamer and other additives. Both the main resin and the active monomer are active monomers.
Because UV ink can be used together with white ink, inkjet printers of many manufacturers can print some beautiful relief effects. This is to accumulate the relief effect with white ink, and then print it once with color UV ink to achieve the relief effect. Weak solvents cannot be mixed with white ink, so the relief effect of printing cannot be achieved.
In addition, since the weakly soluble inks of many materials need to be coated during printing, the printed products without coating treatment are easy to fade; and UV inks can be directly used to print many materials without any coating treatment, which is simple, convenient, and convenient，practical.
